By accessing and using ClassWeave, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ClassWeave is a digital education platform that provides SaaS tools for educators and a marketplace for digital coursebooks and micro-credentials. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the user.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. User Content

Educators retain all rights to the content they create and publish on the platform. By publishing content, you grant ClassWeave a license to host and display the content to your enrolled learners.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
