SaaS Subscriptions (Teachers & Institutions)

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount. Subsequent recurring subscription charges are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.

Digital Goods & Marketplace Items

Due to the digital nature of coursebooks and micro-credentials, all marketplace purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your email address and order number. Our Merchant of Record, Paddle, may process the refund on our behalf.
